Steering limiter consisting of a rubber ring with attached textile strap, including a frame and fork bolts. Fits woom bikes 1 – 3. Requires a 4mm allen key for installation which is not provided. It also has a breakaway feature. Usually, when it breaks, the child no longer needs it.
