If you buy a product directly from us and it does not meet your expectations (too large, too small etc.), you can return the product within 30 days and we will pay for the return shipping within the USA—no questions asked. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the shipment.

Keys to Success
- If you are returning a combination of any of the following items that cannot fit in the same box, please do this in 2 separate returns. Items include: Any model bike, helmet, rack, freewheel, or fenders. For example, if you are returning a woom bike and helmet/large accessory, one return would contain the bike, and the other return would contain the helmet/ large accessory.
- The same rule applies if you are returning multiple bikes. Please do a separate return for each bike.
- Please ensure you are choosing the correct reason for return in order to get the correct return label.
All domestic shipping cost after the initial shipment to you will be covered by us. We will send you a return shipping label and all you have to do is pack it up and bring it to the shipper.

5-year warranty on frame and fork
We offer a 5 year warranty period for frame and fork and 24 months on all components. We cover any obvious defects - not covered are damages caused by normal wear and tear, crashes or misuse of the products. All you need to do is send us a picture of the damage and we will happily help you in a timely manner.
