If you buy a product directly from us and it does not meet your expectations (too large, too small etc.), you can return the product within 30 days - no questions asked.

In the event that you would need a different size within 30 days of purchase from our website, just return the bike with free return shipping. In this case, we will give you a refund and you can order a new bike.
All domestic shipping cost after the initial shipment to you will be covered by us. We will send you a return shipping label and all you have to do is pack it up and bring it to the shipper.

5-year warranty on frame and fork
We offer a 5 year warranty period for frame and fork and 24 months on all components. We cover any obvious defects - not covered are damages caused by normal wear and tear, crashes or misusage of the products. All you need to do is send us a picture of the damage and we will happily help you in a timely manner.
