A Message from our CEO - Product Availability and COVID-19

woom family, we thank you for uplifting us through these challenging times. It has been encouraging to see how we have rallied together and adapted our lives to prioritize the health and safety of our families and communities. Spring is upon us, and family bike rides practicing social distancing have become part of the daily norm. 


Considering the uncertainties surrounding the Coronavirus, we have been receiving questions from you about product availability and potential shipping delays. Some models have limited availability and others are on backorder. Currently, all orders placed including available product are being shipped out within 36 hours. Given the rapidly changing environment, we are uncertain whether there will be a period of time when we will not be able to process orders or our partners, like UPS, will not be able to ship bikes. If you are in the market for a woom bike, we would encourage you to place your order as soon as possible to minimize potential delays. 



As a family-owned company, we are aware of the responsibility that we bear as part of society. 


Prioritizing the health and safety of our community and the woom bikes USA team, while continuing to supply our customers with woom products, we have implemented the following measures effective March 16. 


  • We have cancelled all woom events and participation at partner events.
  • We have temporarily closed our Austin, TX showroom.
  • Our office is closed with all team members, outside of core warehouse personnel, working from home.
  • Extensive safety and hygiene measures are being administered, in line with the Center for Disease Control guidelines, for our warehouse team and shipping partners.
  • We are providing woom employees with advice on how to help prevent exposure and what to do should they exhibit any symptoms. If any employees experience symptoms, they are required to seek medical attention immediately. 
  • Social distancing and disinfecting protocols are being followed in our facilities. 

We are extremely grateful to these team members and partners who continue to keep the woom orders processed and shipped.
